Crossmolina Buildings

The demolition and redevelopment of the existing convenience store and carpark at 27-28 Market Place, Devizes. The 2 new buildings consisted of commercial units at ground floor level constructed over an existing basement structure, with residential units above.

The Client and Contractor were Gaiger Brothers Ltd, a local family run contractor/developer.

MLDE were commissioned to initially review the existing Structures. Following this appraisal, conceptual and detailed design were undertaken for the proposed buildings and drainage.
