Working in conjunction with Harry Montressor of the Montressor Partnership, this modest dwelling sits at the top of a steep bank overlooking Cardigan Bay. Restrictive access and the exposed, coastal environment resulted in a logistically complex build process.
A cantilevered, in-situ, reinforced concrete base and lower level supports a lightweight steel framed living area at first floor, engineered to allow for a sleek, modernist space within. The standing seam cladding and muted colour palette add to the rugged feel of this cliffside home, mirroring a rocky outcrop amongst the foliage.
