The major refurbishment of an existing 7 storey office building, with a new structural glass facade, and modifications to the floor plan.

The multi storey suspended structural glazing hangs from roof level. The additions also included a series of glass floors and internal bridge links. MLDE developed the design, working directly with a specialist design and build contractor.
